Coveralls not working from Appveyor

Hi all and thanks for this great app!

I just recently switched from TravisCI to Appveyor and recognized, that my uploads of the Coveralls results are no longer working. After having searched a while, I found the solution.

Here is the issue in tha api.rb:

request.content_type = "multipart/form-data, boundary=#{boundary}"

The issue is, that the comma (,) cannot be handled by Cloudflare - don't know why. Anyway: switching this to a semicolon (;) solves the issue and everything is working like a charm. So the solution looks like this:

request.content_type = "multipart/form-data; boundary=#{boundary}"

Would be great to get an updated gem soon!
