- add a consistent JFileChooser flow for reference folders and files
- surface localized select labels and folder navigation hints in picker UI
- add a Plans guide shortcut with tooltip to improve feature discoverability
- refine plan editor and footer layouts for better scrolling and alignment
- decouple chat input resize handling from action button positioning
- clean up markdown delay usage with typed duration APIs
- add a consistent JFileChooser flow for reference folders and files - support localized chooser labels and navigation hints across desktop locales - add a plans guide tooltip action to surface documentation from the gallery - refine plan editor, chat input, and footer layouts for cleaner alignment - modernize Kotlin null-safety and duration usage in tests and UI helpers - refresh native image reflect config entries for updated test mock classes
