drive.mount() OAuth popup shows "Google Drive for desktop" (client_id: 947318989803) instead of "Google Colaboratory" across all devices, accounts, and networks

**Problem:**
drive.mount('/content/drive') fails with:
MessageError: Error: credential propagation was unsuccessful

The OAuth popup identifies itself as "Google Drive for desktop" instead of 
"Google Colaboratory". After authorizing, "Google Drive for desktop" appears 
in myaccount.google.com/permissions but "Google Colaboratory" never appears.

**OAuth URL captured from the popup address bar:**
client_id=947318989803-rvmefmc9rok273go8589cmo21dkvjb2q.apps.googleusercontent.com

This is the Google Drive for desktop client ID.
The correct Colab client ID should be: 1014160490159-lajj2nh8obnt8kl8dpalef44ejkdn3n9

**Scope of impact:**
- Affects ALL Google accounts on this machine
- Affects incognito mode (rules out browser cache)
- Affects a completely different device (Android phone on mobile data)
- Affects different browsers
- Therefore NOT caused by: browser cache, cookies, account-level config, 
  network/IP, or any client-side state

**Root cause identified via runtime inspection:**
Searched entire Python runtime for the wrong client ID:
grep -rn '947318989803' /usr/local/lib/python3.12/dist-packages/
Result: NOT FOUND ANYWHERE

The wrong client ID does not exist in the Python backend. The drive.py source 
confirms it sends authType: 'dfs_ephemeral' via _message.blocking_request() 
to the browser frontend, which then opens the OAuth popup. The frontend 
JavaScript served by Google's servers to this browser session is invoking 
the wrong OAuth client for the dfs_ephemeral auth type.

**Workaround currently using:**
