In the list of optional properties for the DataService Class we have format, but where does this come from?
In DCAT3 it is not a property specific to the DataService Class (which are endpoint description, endpoint URL, serves dataset and it is not in the list of available properties from the dcat:Resource superclass
Assume it should be listed as coming from EPOS-DCAT-AP in the same list as spatial and temporal
