Close bot PRs?

We have a lot of stuck bot PRs that I am finding hard to pass. Perhaps we should close them or at least sort through them?

@nikosbosse I am not clear on the status of these? It might be useful to skim through and close those that have gone quite wrong/are far away so we can focus on tuning those up? I did a bit of this already but as you were the bot lord here it might be easier for you to tell what is going on
