Files hangs on start when a Samba share is connected before suspend

What Happened?

Files takes almost a minute to start after resuming from suspend. I can reproduce this every time a network folder is connected.

I've collected debug logs: elementary-files.log

Steps to Reproduce

1. Boot elementary.
2. Open Files and go to a Samba network folder (e.g. using a bookmark).
3. Close Files and put the computer to sleep (suspend-to-RAM).
4. Resume from suspend and open Files.

The bookmark I'm using is set to smb://WORKGROUP;dsilva@oxygen/dsilva.

When the network folder is connected, this is what it looks like:

Normal startup time.

Problems restoring locations on remote servers has been problematic for a long time because the connect may have dropped and Files takes a long time to time out trying to contact the server and for some reason blocks the interface while doing so. The simplest solution would be for Files to ignore remote locations when restoring tabs and allow the user to decide whether to reconnect before using that location.

I wouldn't mind having to reconnect, if it solves this problem.
