What Happened?
Files takes almost a minute to start after resuming from suspend. I can reproduce this every time a network folder is connected.
I've collected debug logs: elementary-files.log
Steps to Reproduce
- Boot elementary.
- Open Files and go to a Samba network folder (e.g. using a bookmark).
- Close Files and put the computer to sleep (suspend-to-RAM).
- Resume from suspend and open Files.
The bookmark I'm using is set to smb://WORKGROUP;dsilva@oxygen/dsilva.
When the network folder is connected, this is what it looks like:
Expected Behavior
Normal startup time.
OS Version
8.x (Circe)
OS Architecture
amd64 (on most hardwares)
Session Type
Secure Session (Wayland, This is the default)
Software Version
Latest release (I have run all updates)
Log Output
Hardware Info
No response
