Syntax highlighter rework

Hi there,
thanks for the nice repo and tools!

I wanted to get the syntax highlighter to work, but it didn't out of the box. I reworked the script here: https://github.com/KarimJedda/scribus-syntax-highlighting along with very minimal instructions.

Let me know if you're interested with a PR and I clean it up a bit. Have a great rest of the week 👍

yes a PR is welcome...

most of all if the diff is somehow easy to read : - )

you should probably also summarize the changes you have done (like moving from python2 to python3, adding proper logging, ...)

@KarimJedda i tried to go through your code but i could not find the parts that you have modified.

it would be nice it you could provide a diff without the logging and the reformatting of the code...
