<p>Phoenix v1.8 captures the complete PPP triplet (Provenance, Place, and Purpose) at the exact inference instant with 620ns latency. Each record is cryptographically sealed with BLAKE3 + Ed25519 and chained in a forward-secret Merkle tree for court-admissible accountability.</p>
