Hi, thanks for your interest in our work!

Unfortunately I don't have the Locator code and pre-trained model right now, but I have released the output of our Locator. You can refer to the implementation in this repository (https://github.com/maszhongming/Effective_Extractive_Summarization). I modified the code in this repo to implement our Locator (feature-basde BERT -> CNN -> Transformer), I believe it contains all the code about the model structure.
