Install via executable doesn't handle python venv correctly

Installing this via the executable on windows does not properly handle python dependencies. Why not create a virtual environment specifically for vision depth 3d and install requirements via the installer?

Thanks, I do use environments, what happened was when I packaged the program with pyinstaller sometimes if you don't specifically tell it to import a dependency is doesn't get packaged and that's simply what happened, I am aware off the issue and will be fixed in v3.8.3
