[Tokenizer]: Incorrect F2 instruction announced in read-only mode for tokenizer

Bug Description

When the tokenizer is in read-only mode, it still announces the instruction to press F2 to move to the content. However F2 action is tied to the remove button, which is not available. The instruction should be suppressed in read-only mode.

Hi @UI5/ui5-team-ctr-pir ,

I looked in the issue and it is coming from List component that we are using in Tokenizer. defaultAriaDescriptionText() is always attached even if selectionMode is "None". I think we have following choices here:

1. Provide a way to suppress it when using the List component.
2. Disable it in your side when selectionMode is "None" .
3. In our side (Tokenizer) we can change the List Role but we need to change the specification for this.

Can you advice which path will the most correct one.
