./easytls[9892]: cat: Invalid argument

I have trouble with easy-rsa3, easytls. I was created 540certs and keys, sucessfully crypted them with
./easytls build-tls-crypt-v2-client Server Clientxxx
where xxx are numbers

Then I started to make inlines
./easytls inline-tls-crypt-v2 Clientxxx

Everything was fine until Client496

Then I get this:

Tried multiple times on diferent PCs on Win11 and Win10
Please help!
