FEATURE - Adjust mini wizard behavior for CF scenario

Description

As a developer who is using ADP in CF env

when I would like to use its mini wizards

I want to have them working in the same way as in other env`s

so that I can work with ADP in CF as in any other env

Value

Mini wizards should be adjusted to work properly with ADPs for CF - i.e. the should be launchable through AppInfo and context menus, also, if needed in their logic might be needed in make them work properly with CF ADPs.

Notes

Out of Scope :
FLP config wizard, as APIs are needed. When these APIs are provided, it can be done too.
Acceptance Criteria:
The developer can use the mini wizards for CF projects in the same manner as for OnPrem or S/4 HANA Cloud.
