FFA console - tracing hooks missing

Is there any reason why tracing hooks (ie plat_trace_ext_puts) have not been provided for the FF-A console ? ie, can we propose that extension or is there something in the specification that forbids it?

The plat_trace_ext_puts() is a platform-specific function rather than a console-specific function. What would you do with it specific to FF-A?

rightplat_trace_ext_puts() is platform specific, but plat_console_init is not (wont get called for other consoles)

When registering the trace configuration, users rely on plat_console_init to prepare the trace layout for the platform early enough in the boot chain and so changing the console via config will break the trace.

seems to me we need a standalone platform_trace_init() called from console_init
