Settings in Columnizers-Tab are ignored.

Added a file mask i.e. ".+.log" (without the quotes) + columnizer.
Does not get applied. All *.log files still open without columnizer.

Update:
The whole feature behaves very unpredictable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
After playing around a bit with it, it looked like, manually selecting a columnizer is overriding the file mask setting.
But then after finding out, that there is a ColumnizerHistoryList in settings.json and emptying that array, it still behaves unpredictable. Some files open properly. Some open with a special columnizer, but should use the default one. Some open with the default, but should use a special one. Can't really see a pattern here.

Yes, that section is expeprimental, that is also reflected in the comments in the code that apply those columnizers, this needs to be refactored and updated

what you can try is activate "Automatically pick for new files"

this should theoretically pick the columnizer for the new file.

But be aware, that everything is, as you have written, persisted for every logfile, this means if you have 5 logfiles, and 5 different columnizers, those 5 columnizers are saved for their respective logfile. So Reopening that logfile, should theoretically (I haven't tested it) reload that specific columnizer.

Thats probably why you get so different results.

The persisted data is saved in lxp file, for every logfile, the CurrentColumnizer Name is saved, this happens additive to the Columnizer mask.

This is ofcourse not ideal, because if you don't know the source code, you this is not really explained anywhere
