[Feature Request] Update Q11 to latest source code

Description

Please update the Q11 to enable per-key/mixed RGB settings. I see that a series of other boards (Q5, Q4, Q3, Q2, etc.) recently got support added in the 2025q3 branch, I'd like to request the same for the Q11.

A source code update in that branch would be fine, I can compile and flash myself if pushing a new firmware update isn't an option.
