Not sure if this is the right place to report this, but I'm having issues with the new captcha: also if I solve it properly, sometime I still get an "invalid captcha response" error.
Here an example of a captcha resolved properly, that still led to that error:
When it happens, until now it always has been on the first try, the second has no issue.
