<p>大會工作人員們一晚在佈置會場 (搬桌子/架 installfest server/AP 等等), 所以公告最新狀況的時間晚了些, 請各位先進見諒~~</p>
<p>經過討論的結果, 以及確實有不少來不及報名的朋友來電/信/irc 洽詢, 我們也不希望把同好們拒於門外, 但由於報名人數已經 over-booking 30% 了, 我們討論之後的決定是:</p>
<ul>
<li>開放現場報名, 但『不保證』能入場。</li>
<li>每次休息時間，將比照電影院進行清場。午休時間將在 1:00 開放，茶點時間則在下一場開始前十分鐘開放。在下一場開始前只有事先報名者可以進場，座位先佔先贏, 前場已進場者，有權用包包佔位子。</li>
<li>在開場後一分鐘，座位如果未滿則開放現場報名者進場，若座位已滿則只開放事先報名者進場坐地板。</li>
<li>由於是雙軌議程，無法確認每位聽眾的興趣是哪一場，因此真有事先報名的來賓必須坐地板，我們預先在此致上萬分歉。</li>
</ul>
<p>在匆忙之中, 造成各位的不便, 真是對不住~~~~
</p>
